Jessica has always been passionate about current affairs and delivering interesting content to any audience using both traditional and digital media channels. Jessica has considerable experience in both journalism and PR, with a strong news sense and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Most recently, Jessica was working as the Content Communications Manager of Canberra agency contentgroup. In this role, Jessica was responsible for the promotion of all contentgroup activities, working as the editor-in-chief  to oversee curated articles, coordinate and write the weekly newsletter, produce the weekly podcast and organise all social media content.

Previously, Jessica worked as a freelancer for a number of agencies, magazines and private clients. Earlier in her career, Jessica worked as the RSPCA NSW’s Media Liaison in Sydney. This saw Jessica make multiple appearances on every commercial Australian television channel and quoted in several newspapers state wide, including the Sydney Morning Herald and The Daily Telegraph. Her strong radio background makes her exceptional talent for live interviews as well as pre-recorded content.

Jessica has an intimate knowledge of the Australian media landscape, and an innate knowledge of its operation and how to best position a message to attract the most attention. Jessica thrives in interviews and media management, including training spokespeople and crisis management.

Jessica currently lives in Canberra with her pet cat, Jeremy, and dog, Chloe. Unsurprisingly, both are rescue animals.

Hobbies include collecting square fridge magnets, drawing casually, motorbike riding recreationally, painting for none but herself, reading fiendishly, rock climbing haphazardly, scuba diving fearlessly, and travelling as much as financially possible.
