The future of content creation in government

This weekly process included:

  • sourcing all content to be included and using editorial discretion,

  • allocating articles to be written by staff, working with them over a three-week period to ensure their article was on track, editing the article prior to publication,

  • liaising with the executive team for possible job advertisements and other suitable announcements,

  • ensuring the podcast and transcript was properly edited and uploaded prior to the newsletter being sent out,

  • writing all of the content in the newsletter,

  • including appropriate graphics and imagery, sometimes working with an in-house graphic designer.
