PRINT: I was approached by The Canberra Times as part of a story on granny flats and backyard homes in Canberra. What I didn’t expect was a front page feature and double page spread about me!
FEATURE ARTICLE: Writing articles to give to outlets for publication is a handy trick to have up your sleeve. This is a feature piece I wrote for a client that was then distributed to their media contacts and clientele. It was also placed on their website and used as a way to build rapport with their clientele and increase credibility and currency.
VIDEO: After being among the first in Australia to embrace the Tiny House movement, the builder of my Tiny asked if I could do a short video for him about what it's like to live in one. This is what I came up with, it was all filmed in one take, without a script and has had over a thousand views after being posted on their Facebook page.
Space is increasingly becoming a rare commodity in Canberra’s property market – but not in this case. Number 25 Benaroon Circuit offers an executive residence, with a striking modern-classic facade, with rooms offering plenty of natural light.
This new designer home in the up-and-coming Molonglo Valley suburb of Denman Prospect is a sun-filled delight. The property has been cleverly designed to make the most of the 600-square-metre block, providing five bedrooms, three bathrooms and a lovely yard.
PROPERTY FEATURE: Working with Fairfax news, I wrote a weekly Home of the Week column. This job saw me take a crash course in architecture and has seen my love of property and design flourish. The weekly piece saw tight turnarounds, interviews with realtors and sellers and a way with words to encourage interest in the featured property.
Class, style and monochrome substance are fluent throughout this designer property in Canberra’s Woden Valley.
Modern living at its executive best is on offer in Wright, with a delightful family home full of textural innovation and inviting living areas.
A sprawling residence, with an opulent main suite is what you’ll find at this prestigious Harcourt Hill address. This spacious and well-constructed home sits in an elevated position, with plentiful windows to take full advantage of the breathtaking views over Canberra.
