Each month I’d produce an eNews letter for Painaustralia members, stakeholders and general subscribers.
I’d ghostwrite the CEO Message and liaise with our members to enhance content and provide additional value to those paying membership fees.
During my time with Painaustralia I made a range of improvements to the eNews, including the afore mentioned member content, summarising the content into eNews ‘teasers’ that’d then lead to website traffic for the full article, enhanced images with bespoke graphic design content and social media campaigns before and after the publication of the eNews to encourage subscription.
NEWSLETTER: This is one of many newsletters I compiled for Canberra PR agency, contentgroup. This is an effective way to establish yourself as an industry leader and authority in your area. Regular newsletters with engaging content relevant to your audience are a fantastic way to build loyalty and trust in your brand. This newsletter contains content I wrote, staff I mentored and podcasts I produced.
EDM: This is a newsletter I designed and compiled, showcasing some of my production skills. I also produced the podcast and written content.
I have always been fascinated by the role of "influencers", their impact on buying behaviour and how they are chosen and approached by business. Tribe is an online platform that connects influencers and business in an innovative and highly successful manner. I loved working on this newsletter, taking a deeper look at Tribe as well as the government's use of influencers.

This weekly process included:
sourcing all content to be included and using editorial discretion,
allocating articles to be written by staff, working with them over a three-week period to ensure their article was on track, editing the article prior to publication,
liaising with the executive team for possible job advertisements and other suitable announcements,
ensuring the podcast and transcript was properly edited and uploaded prior to the newsletter being sent out,
writing all of the content in the newsletter,
including appropriate graphics and imagery, sometimes working with an in-house graphic designer.
